I have an assistant, what is your policy regarding assistants?
Assistants for visitors with disabilities have free entry to all royal
attractions.
Can I access the royal attractions with a wheelchair/walking frame?
The conditions vary depending on the attraction. Please read more below, or

Can I borrow or rent a wheelchair at your premises?
No, there are no wheelchairs to borrow or rent.
Can I take a pushchair/stoller into the royal attractions?
No, for reasons of security and safety, pushchairs/strollers are not permitted
indoors.
Can I bring my dog inside at the royal attractions?
No, dogs and other pets are not allowed inside with the exception for guide dogs
for the blind and visually impaired.
Are dogs allowed in the parks?
The Royal Stables: Your dog may accompany if it is leashed. However, we
recommend that you check this before your visit since some event, such as the
Christmas market, get very crowded and therefore may not be suitable for pets.

Are there any storage lockers available at the royal attractions?
The Royal Palace: a limited number of lockers are available at the Ticket &
Information Office located in the outer courtyard. The boxes measure H:59 cm, W:
39cm, D:51 cm. The lockers must be emptied before closing time. Handbags and
small backpacks can be brought inside. Please do not bring suitcases or large
bags, as they are not permitted inside the Royal Palace and cannot be left
unattended.

We will accept no liability for any items or belongings that are lost, stolen or
damaged.
Is there any place to park pushchairs/strollers?
Tha Royal Palace: Due to the sensitive environment, unfortunately, prams cannot
be brought inside the palace. The parking is unattended and without locking
facilities, see the parking spot at the map.
Drottningholm Palace: Just outside the entrance there is a covered space, but it
is unmonitored and unlocked. Owing to the sensitive environment,
pushchairs/strollers are not permitted inside.
The Royal Stables: Pushchairs/strollers are allowed.
All other visitor attractions: No pushchair/stroller parking available. Owing to
the sensitive environment, pushchairs/strollers are not permitted inside.

Are there any picnic rooms available?
No, there are no picnic rooms available at our royal sights. However, visitors
are most welcome to enjoy their picnic in our palace parks. Please remember to
take litter home or dispose of it in the bins provided near the park entrances.
